Power supply from battery unit protects data from loss due to power failure or voltage drop.
When the system detects a power failure, it is automatically suspended, hibernates or shuts down according to one of four state transition patterns. This allows no data to be lost in the event of a sudden power failure or instantaneous voltage drop.
