The intuitive and easy to use software allows you to read and program data of DAT11, DAT 1400, MCT 1302 and UWT 6008.
What makes DAT11, DAT 1400, MCT 1302 and UWT 6008 different from any other products is the software, supplied by Pavone Sistemi is for free with the product.
Thanks to the software, all the operations connected with the product can be directly managed from the PC.
This software can be used for reading and programming data via USB connection.
Developed with a bottom-up approach, the result is an intuitive and user friendly software as well as easy to use.
Main Functions:
Setup
Calibration
Filters management
Testing the inputs, the outputs and the analog
Acquiring weight values and exporting in .Csv
Data logger function
Data back up
Restore previously saved data.
FILTER
Can set the weight stabilization filter, can use preset filters or set a manual filtering by selecting "Manual" and change the numbers manually.
The DAT11, DAT 1400, MCT 1302 and UWT 6008 allow you to optimize the weighs by using the FILTER function that combined with a reading speed up to 1000Hz guaranteed by our latest generation of internal digital analogue converter, will allow you to obtain more accurate and repeatable results as well as a fast and stable reading. There are pre-configured filters that respond to the main applications (weighing of: mixers, turbo emulsifiers, vibratung tanks, stations on start & stop belts, etc.), as well as the possibility of a fully customizable filter.
As for the DATALOGGER function, also in this case the software supplied becomes a “gem” to manage the configuration parameters, to test and view the answers of the “filtered” instrument.
All supported by a graph that in real time will show you the differences between the values filtered and not, helping you in case you use the custom filter in the configuration of the individual parameters.
For CALIBRATION, there are 3 buttons:
ZERO: Unloaded system press to make the calibration of Zero
ACQUIRE: Enter in the box "Weight' the weight value loaded on the system and press the key to perform the FS calibration.f
RESET CALIBRATION: Cancel the last calibrated performed
Table calibration is another feature that makes the DAT 11, DAT 1400, MCT 1302 and UWT 6008 a unique tool. The possibility of attributing to a force, a certain defined weight value, allows this transmiher to be used in many applications.
An example is the tensiometric systems where the values read by the load cells are not translatable by weight except by calculations that should be done at each reading, slowing down the process of weight acquisition.

DATA LOGGER
Can set a data logger from PC, it can be used to capture data of an application and then check them in laboratory
3 types of logger acquisition:
MANUAL: The operation of START and STOP is handled manually by pressing the buttons
TIME: Set the no. of seconds you want to get data
N°LOG: Set the no. of log to be acquired
The functionality of the data logger already present in the DAt 11, DAT 1400, MCT 1302 and UWT 6008, in which can choose the defined timing or customize the interval for starting and stopping the reading and recording the weight value (on optional alibi memory), is enhanced by the software provided with the instrument, by connecting the DAT 1400, MCT 1302 and UWT 6008 via USB to the pc on which optimation is installed, in a simple and intuitive way you will find a complete monitoring and verification station.
You can configure the time intervals using a user friendly interface, define where to save the file with the recording of the weighs, date and time of each survey, perhaps on a network file that is visible and can be consulted by more people if necessary.
