Capacitance Level Switch is such a level switch that detects an object by seeing capacitive changes occurring between electrode and metal-tank wall or grounded electrode. As the object contacts the electrode, thus increasing capacitance generated between the electrode and metal-tank wall or grounded electrode, it detects the capacitive changes to convert its output contact.
When there is no object, the output contact returns to the initial condition. |
