OUTLINE
The AD-50 printer is an ideal recording device for quality control operation on an electric cable production line. It can continuously print messages and distances of produced electric cable when receiving alarm signals from laser micrometer, surface variation detector, spark tester, cable capacitance monitor, joint-detector, disconnection and a great number of other instruments.
FEATURES
A total of ten messages can be input.
Preset Setting (forecast,maximum) of count values can be made.
Scaling of counting pulse can be made.
Various setting of time, date, etc, can be battery backed up for a long- term.
Time, date and lot numbers can be printed out.
Correct printing-out of count values can be made by setting correction distance of each messages.
RS-232C is equiped as standard.
Super compact size and low cost.

TM-3002W
The measurement range is 0.1~35mm. It is composed of two axes. The detectable size of concave-convex can be set to 0.5~10mm. The fault detection signals are generated as contact points and analog signals. Its top is open wide, so that it can easily pass through the cable. |

TM-3004WA
The measurement range is 0.1~35mm. It can detect in four axial directions. Compared to two axial types, it has minimal grey areas. It is octagonal in shape, surrounding the surface of cable to perform perfect fault detection. |

TM-4002
This is the most frequently used model for power cables. The measurement range is 0.1~60mm, and it is composed of two axes.
You can set it to 0.15~10mm. If it is out of range, then some signals will be outputted. |

TM-6004
This model is used to detect concave-convex on the surface of thick cables with 1~80mm.
It has four axial detection and supports detection on an octagonal surface.
The thicker the cable is, the larger the grey area is. To minimize the grey area, it adopts eight axes with 16-gonal detection surfaces. For this purpose, you can combine two sets of TM-6004. |
