LUMP NECK DOWN DETECTOR TM-1003

This device is used to detect the changes in the size of shadows blocked by a measured object. It can be used to detect bumps and dents in all types of manufacturing lines, such as vinyl wires, communication cables, power cables, fiber optic cables, enamel wires, coated wires, and pipes.
It is a non-tactile type that performs high speed, continuous detection, and it is easy to handle.

LUMP NECK DOWN DETECTOR TM-3002W

The measurement range is 0.1~35mm. It is composed of two axes. The detectable size of concave-convex can be set to 0.5~10mm. The fault detection signals are generated as contact points and analog signals. Its top is open wide, so that it can easily pass through the cable.

LUMP NECK DOWN DETECTOR TM-3004WA

The measurement range is 0.1~35mm. It can detect in four axial directions. Compared to two axial types, it has minimal grey areas. It is octagonal in shape, surrounding the surface of cable to perform perfect fault detection.

LUMP NECK DOWN DETECTOR TM-4002

This is the most frequently used model for power cables. The measurement range is 0.1~60mm, and it is composed of two axes. 
You can set it to 0.15~10mm. If it is out of range, then some signals will be outputted.

LUMP NECK DOWN DETECTOR TM-6004

This model is used to detect concave-convex on the surface of thick cables with 1~80mm.
It has four axial detection and supports detection on an octagonal surface.
The thicker the cable is, the larger the grey area is. To minimize the grey area, it adopts eight axes with 16-gonal detection surfaces. For this purpose, you can combine two sets of TM-6004.
