Industrial Pump Station Liquid Level Sensor

When a California electronic manufacturer needed reliable level measurement of their wastewater pump lift stations, they turned to Flowline. Sumps are liquid trash cans that receive, hold and transfer their contents into wastewater treatment. These are below grade condensing environments with application variables as diverse as their contents. The facility had used ultrasonic level sensors with poor results during the hot humid months of summer, when increased condensation was collecting on the transducer face, and attenuating the acoustic signal. For this reason, Flowline suggested the use of our pulse radar level sensors that are unaffected by condensation or any other waste variable.

The pulse radar level sensor is bracket mounted to the side or top wall and provides continuous level data to the PLC, which in turn, controls the submersible pumps. Flowline is reliable level measurement.
