Description

Model LCF451 Pancake Load Cell (Tension Base) is the Fatigue Rated version of the LCF450. Similar to the LCF450, the Pancake Load Cell (Fatigue Rated) is designed for tension and compression applications. The flexure has eight bolt-down holes along its outer diameter for easy mounting. It is available in Anodized Aluminum for lower capacities (250 lb – 1,000 lb) and 17-4 Stainless Steel for higher capacities (2,500 lbs -5,000 lbs). With such a wide capacity range this model is well suited for both low capacity as well as high capacity applications. You will also find options for Metric Threads and Amplified Version available.

 

This Pancake Load Cell (Fatigue Rated) offers high accuracy. It has Nonlinearity of ±0.1%, an Operating Temperature of -60°F to 200°F, and Deflection of 0.002” to 0.005” nominal. The standard LCF451 Pancake Load Cell (Fatigue Rated) can be modified or customized to meet your requirements and most capacities are in our inventory, making them available for quick delivery. Similar to our entire Load Cell product line this model is manufactured in USA and uses metal foil strain gauge technology.
