We pay special attention to critical components such as power supplies and capacitors, which are of particular concern to our customers because they show aging over time. We only employ hard disks, CF cards, and other storage media that have undergone strict evaluation. We provide products with reliable quality that is beyond their original specifications. Pro-face has entered into a Microsoft® OEM Customer License Agreement for Embedded Systems that enables us to supply products with Windows® XP Professional (hereinafter referred to as Windows® XP) and Windows® 2000 Professional (hereinafter referred to as Windows® 2000) embedded until the dates below.
Microsoft stopped providing licenses for the Windows® XP retail version (the package for general retailers) and the Windows® XP DSP version (the pre-installed PC package for authorized OEMs) respectively on June 30, 2008 (for the retail version), and February 29, 2008 (for the DSP version). It is therefore difficult for customers to obtain Windows® XP, as we can supply only the versions currently remaining in stock that retailers and OEMs have.
