  •  MCi modules can be used to develop custom motor, motion and machine control solutions for any drive system and can either eliminate the need for a PLC or reduce the cost of an external controller. Control Techniques offers a range of Integration Products needed for PLC less systems
  •  MCi modules are programmed using our complimentary Machine Control Studio software and provide control of multiple drives and motors simultaneously across real time networks
  •  Unidrive M700’s and Digitax HD M750’s onboard Ethernet using RTMoE (Real Time Motion over Ethernet) provides synchronization and communication between drives using the Precision Time Protocol as defined by IEEE1588 V2
  •  Maximum performance is achieved when a MCi machine controller is installed in each networked drive

  •  Support for standard Ethernet protocols, along with RTMoE (Real Time Motion over Ethernet) for PTP (IEEE 1588) synchronization

  •  Parallel interface with the drive processor provides fast data exchange
  •  Machine control over two segregated Ethernet networks provides greater flexibility in machine design
  •  Extends connectivity with 3 x digital inputs, 1 x digital output and 1 x digital I/O
