Fully compatible hardware and software The ProfiSignal Vibro option in conjunction with Message devices provides users with a system that can detect vibrations in bearings and shafts as well as acquiring standard process data such as pressures, flows, voltages and temperatures etc. Time signal processing and characteristic curve computations take place directly within a DSP in the hardware. The ProfiSignal Vibro option then provides for an optimal online portrayal of FFT, cascade or orbit diagrams as well as of the computed characteristic values. And not only online data but also archived data can be accessed and analyzed at any time. This requires the user to simply select the required time range from the current visualization. Vibration and process data in a single system Vibration data and process data can be stored, analyzed and visualized within a single system. This means that condition monitoring can utilize not only vibration data but also, for example, bearing temperature. This data may then be manually evaluated at regular intervals or used for with the alarm management option for automated and direct warnings and alarms to the appropriate personnel.
