Controller with integrated light source for measuring rates up to 10kHz

The confocal chromatic confocalDT 2451 controllers are equipped with an integrated light source. Furthermore, the excellent signal-to-noise ratio enables measuring rates of 10kHz. The IFC2451 controllers are used in distance and thickness measurements and can be operated with any IFS sensor. In addition, the IFC2451MP controller provides up to 6 peaks which allows the thickness of transparent, multi-layer objects to be measured.

Data output is via Ethernet, EtherCAT, RS422 or analog output.

Ease of use via web interface

Due to a user-friendly web interface, the entire configuration process is carried out without using any additional software. The web interface can be accessed via Ethernet and provides set up and configuration options. Materials are stored in an expandable materials database.
